The staff here were super friendly, which made everything go smoothly. the double room was spacious and had a cool design, with a cozy bed and clean towels provided. Plus, there's an Irish bar on site! 🍺

Our room at Arie Romane Guesthouse had a lovely window overlooking a charming Roman street. The location was great for visiting the Vatican, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Tiziano, the host, was kind enough to wait for us until 11pm when our flight got cancelled. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and there was a fantastic café just across the street. we had a great time and would recommend this guesthouse to our friends.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great location near the Vatican and close to the metro. The owners were friendly and helpful. The room had tea making facilities and a mini fridge. Daily room cleaning was a plus. The building had a small lift. Across the road, there was a great little café called MeMe with healthy food at good prices. The bidet nozzle on the toilet seat was a pleasant surprise.

The location of the guesthouse was perfect for our Christmas trip, as it was just a stone's throw away from major attractions and public transportation. We were able to easily explore the city and visit the nearby landmarks without any hassle. the room was always clean and tidy, thanks to the daily cleaning service provided. It was a relief to come back to a fresh and pleasant-smelling room after a long day of sightseeing. Another advantage was the efficient air-conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable during the hot Italian summer.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the bathroom had a noticeable smell of damp, which was quite unpleasant.

The noise from the drain system in the bathroom was quite loud and disruptive. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time in the room.

The guesthouse is located in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from Vatican City and a short distance from other popular attractions like Castel Sant'Angelo and the Tiber River. the Ottaviano Metro stop is conveniently close, making it easy to get to Roma Termini and other parts of the city. the area surrounding the guesthouse is packed with restaurants, convenience shops, eateries, and even a flea market. For light sleepers, the windows are double-pane and effectively block out any street noise. the air conditioning is ample and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay.
